The glory of Rublevka is mercilessly exploited by developers who in 2023 bought up all the free land here and give for Rublevka its outskirts, which are remote from the sea and in fact it is not. Nai harn is an amazingly beautiful beach in Phuket, distinguished from most mass-produced beaches by the clarity and cleanliness of the water in a rich emerald Maldivian hue. In some rankings it is called N5 in Southeast Asia for its beauty. For this reason, yachts often come here. It is a favorite of Russians, they are the absolute majority here.
